We use multiple distributors to ensure the quickest delivery of your order. Occasionally your order may arrive in multiple shipments from different locations. If multiple shipments are necessary, you will not be charged extra for shipping.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only.
Most orders are shipped on the following business day after being submitted. If a shipping delay is encountered your shipping charge will be discounted only if you selected an express shipping option when placing your order.
We use UPS and USPS as our primary shipping carriers. UPS does not deliver to PO, APO, FPO boxes. If you list a PO, APO, FPO as your delivery address we will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Tracking information for all orders is available on-line through the account center.
Shipping charges are based on weight, and distance. For your convenience this store provides on-line shipping charge calculations at the time you place your order.

FREE Shipping: If your order qualifies for free shipping (over $99 within USA) we will ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
International Orders (outside U.S.A.)
Orders shipped to destinations outside of the U.S. will be shipped via USPS Priority International, or by UPS International service. Delivery usually takes 7-10 business, but extended delays can occur due to customs clearance and other reasons beyond our control. days.

The customer is responsible for all expenses in these circumstances.
If we experience consistent problems delivering to any country, we will stop accepting orders from that particular country.
