I bought this item, not sure what to expect, But was surprised on how it not only improved performance but also made a good package enhancer,Which means if worn with clothes it lifts ur package up, Gives you a bigger Look.The only down side is that the ring that goes around your penis is kind of big so make sure you choose the right size, or you can do what i did and cut it down.Either way i think its a great product.
