A: All orders are shipped in plain packaging with absolutely nothing on exterior of package that would indicate the contents. The name on the return address will simply say "Shipping Dept."

A: Not at the current time. Our on-line catalog has over 10,000 products with pictures and descriptions.

Q: How will charges appear on my credit card bill?

Q: How long does it take to receive an order?
A: Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the U.S.
Express shipping options are available.
International orders take 7-10 business days for delivery.

Q: Can I cancel or make a change to my order?
A: Orders are processed and routed to distribution facilities very quickly. Because of the high volume and speed orders are processed, it is almost impossible to stop or change an order after it has been submitted.

Q: Do you accept C.O.D. payments?

A: Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order, destination, and shipping method selected. Charges are calculated on-line after you enter your shipping address. Orders totaling over $99 receive free standard shipping within continental U.S.
