By submitting your order, you thereby expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

Liability

RCJ Enterprises, Inc. shall not be liable to any purchaser, or other

person, for any injury, loss or damage, whether direct, indirect,

incidental, special or consequential, regardless of the legal theory

asserted, including negligence, and or strict liability.

Returns

We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only.

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to

accept returns or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective

upon receipt. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our

customers. Defective products must be returned in their original

packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Undeliverable & Refused Packages

Orders returned due to incorrect shipping address or refused delivery

are subject to a 25% restock fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

International Orders

It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and

community as they apply to adult merchandise. We will not be held

responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs

service or any country. Nor will we be responsible for Duty fees or

Customs fees. This is rarely a problem, but if you place an order and

take a chance ... it is at YOUR own risk.
